The EIR Notice of Preparation (NOP) identifies topics to be addressed in the forthcoming EIR. While the NOP was originally released in 2006 link, a Revised NOP was released in 2010 to reflect changes in the project, the identification of alternatives to be studied and the passage of time since 2006. All comments submitted in conjunction with the 2006 NOP remain on file as part of the record as the EIR moves forward.
